CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

CrossFit Inversion is part of the HYBRID AF Network of gyms which offers 24/7 access to members. This membership empowers athletes to control their fitness wherever and whenever they want. As part of the Hybrid AF network, our members get access to other gyms in networks at no charge.

In Functional Interval Training you can expect a fast-paced mix of cardio and weight training, set to playlists that motivate you to keep the beat. Our trainers create total-body workouts that help everyone meet their personal goals.
